Olá Queridos Amigos!
Estou na cidade de Natal desde o dia 17 de abril participando do XIII CONGRESSO BRASILEIRO DE ONCOLOGIA PEDIÁTRICA. Por ser Guia de Turismo e Operador do Direito muitas pessoas se surpreenderam quando comuniquei que participaria de um congresso médico. A surpresa geralmente vinha acompanhada da pergunta: O que você faz em um congresso médico? A resposta é bem simples: inscrevi um trabalho para apreciação da comissão cientifica, qual foi aceito.
Portanto, independente de nossa formação ou profissão não podemos esquecer a obrigação que temos quanto sociedade que é o de colocar nossas crianças e adolescentes a salvo de toda forma de negligência, discriminação, exploração, violência, crueldade e opressão, e nesta guisa embasarmos todas as relações sociais, jurídicas e a atuação do Estado como garantidor da Justiça Social.

O trabalho apresentado no XIII CONGRESSO BRASILEIRO DE ONCOLOGIA PEDIÁTRICA sob o título PROJETO PROSSEGUIR: práticas possíveis de saúde e educação na Amazônia teve sua gênese no trabalho extra-classe realizado no Hospital Ophir Loyola, Programa Prosseguir, desenvolvido através da realização de city tour onde foram visitados pontos turísticos da cidade de Belém-Pará. O escopo de tal trabalho é de ratificar o cumprimento do Princípio Constitucional fundamental qual assegura à criança, ao adolescente e ao jovem o direito: à vida, à saúde, à educação, ao lazer, à cultura, à dignidade, à liberdade e à convivência familiar e comunitária. A ideia do City Tour nasceu a partir da percepção da importância da humanização e do respeito ao paciente. Quem luta contra o câncer além de conviver com a doença tem que conviver com tratamentos invasivos que muitas vezes cerceiam o Princípio Constitucional da Dignidade da Pessoa Humana quais se relaciona com o previsto no artigo 227 de nossa carta Magna.

Hoje, 19 de Abril de 2012, é um dia muito especial em minha trajetória profissional e pessoal! Esta data que faz alusão ao dia do índio não poderia ser mais oportuna para se defender um trabalho cientifico que versa sobre minorias ou sobre resgate de dignidade. Estou feliz com os resultados, mas também estou certo que este é só o primeiro passo rumo a uma sociedade mais igualitária e justa.

For being Tour Guide and Operator of the law many people were surprised when communicated to participate in a medical meeting. The surprise was usually accompanied by the question: What do you do in a medical meeting? The answer is quite simple: a signed paper for consideration by the scientific committee, which was accepted.
Therefore, regardless of our background or profession can not forget the obligation we have as a society that is putting our children and adolescents from all forms of neglect, discrimination, exploitation, violence, cruelty and oppression, and in this guise the basis for all social relations, and legal action by the State as guarantor of social justice.

The work presented in XIII BRAZILIAN CONFERENCE OF PEDIATRIC ONCOLOGY under the heading PROSSEGUIR PROJECT : possible health practices and education in the Amazon had its genesis in extra-class work done in Ophir Loyola Hospital, Prosseguir Program, developed by conducting city tour where they were visiting sights of the city of Belém-Pará. The scope of this work is to ratify the fulfillment of the fundamental constitutional principle that ensures the child, adolescent and youth the right: the life, health, education, leisure, culture, dignity, freedom and coexistence family and community. The idea of the City Tour was born from the perception of the importance of the humane and respect the patient. About the fight against cancer as well as living with the disease have to live with invasive treatments that often they restricted the Constitutional Principle of Human Dignity which relates to the provisions of Article 227 of Brasiliaan Constitution .
Today, April 19, 2012, is a very special day in my professional career and personal! This date makes reference to the Indian's day could not be more timely to defend a scientific work that deals with minorities or on redemption of dignity. I'm happy with the results, but I am sure that this is only the first step toward a more egalitarian and just society.
